     -  Join a Team? After clicking one of the "register" tabs at the top of this page, fill out the demographic section, and then follow the steps to Join a team.

     -  Register my Organization? After clicking one of the "register" tabs at the top of this page, fill out the demographic section, and then follow the steps to register an Organization.

     - Create a new Team? After clicking one of the "register" tabs at the top of this page, fill out the demographic section, and then follow the steps to create a new team under an organization that is already registered.

     - Log a trip from a computer, ipad, or tablet device? Login to your account, click the "Trip Log"  tab, and then follow the steps to log a trip from computer, ipad, or tablet device

     - Log a trip through the app? Open the Bike to Work Challenge App on your phone and follow the steps to log a trip from the app.
